tuck me in…

I had my sister come over to watch the kids while I took my husband out to dinner for his birthday.  My phone wasn’t charged so I was not available to answer any questions my sister had.  Apparently it was an… interesting… evening.  I came home and most of the kids were in bed, but Rosalie kept coming out of her bedroom asking if she could sleep in our bed. She kept asking and we kept telling her no.  She finally relented.  “Mom, will you tuck me in?” I looked at my sister, she looked at me, I whispered, “She has NEVER said that to me before!”  My sister shoo’d me in to tuck in Rosalie.  Positive reinforcement for new and wonderful behavior here I come!

Praise God! What a wonderful thing to hear!
